Site purpose

Marketing information about MRS software, demos, contact, and merch. Nothing here is a binding offer until a signed Execution order exists.

IP

Site content and MRS branding are protected. Do not copy materials to build competing products, train AI systems to recreate MRS products, or remove proprietary notices.

Demos & security

Demo credentials are confidential. Do not attack, scrape, or publicly post passwords.

Merch

Merchandise is fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners who are merchant of record at checkout. Their terms apply. See merch terms.

Liability

Information is provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, MRS’s liability for pure site browsing is limited to direct damages and capped at €100. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Customer contracts use separate liability caps.

Belgian law — Antwerp courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rules.
