NederlandsTerms of use

By using mrsoftware.eu you agree to these terms.
Who operates this site
Muyldermans Racing Software (MRS) — Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) - Belgium.
Address: Nationalestraat 114 bus 401, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
Enterprise number (KBO/BCE): 0778.268.018 · VAT: BE 0778.268.018.
Email: sales@mrsoftware.eu.
Site purpose
Marketing information about MRS software, demos, contact, and merch. Nothing here is a binding offer until a signed order exists.
IP
Site content and MRS branding are protected. Do not copy materials to build competing products, train AI systems to recreate MRS products, or remove proprietary notices.
Live demos
By opening a live demo (including the Pit Wall and Team Website previews) you agree, in addition to the IP terms above, not to copy, scrape, mirror, automate against, or reverse-engineer it, and not to use it to build a competing product.
Demos show sample teams and sample data, not real customers. Where a demo is marked read-only, nothing you enter is saved and it may reset at any time without notice. Where a demo still requires a password, that password is confidential — do not attack, scrape, or publicly post it.
Merch
Merchandise is fulfilled by Gelato, who is merchant of record at checkout. Gelato's terms apply to the purchase. See merch terms.
MRS Slipstream (CFD service)
Access to slipstream.mrsoftware.eu is governed by a separate engagement: an NDA is signed before any geometry is uploaded, and simulation results are indicative engineering output and not a substitute for physical validation. Nothing on this site is a binding CFD engagement until an order is signed.
MRS Sim Racing
These terms also govern the sim-racing pit wall at mrs-simracing-production.up.railway.app (“Sim Racing”). By creating or using an account there you agree to them.
Accounts and teams. Each account has a personal workspace; a team workspace belongs to its owner, who is responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant, and what the team enters — including the names of drivers added to a race. Only add people who know they are being added. Keep your password and bridge tokens private. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; when you sign up you confirm this and accept these terms, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when. Sign-up may be by invitation, and may be closed or paused at any time.
Crew links are public to whoever holds them. A crew link shows the race plan, driver names, flag state and the car’s live position to anyone with the link, without an account. Share it deliberately; use “New links” in the dashboard to revoke it at once.
Plans. Clubman is free, with the limits shown in the app; its scope may change and it may be withdrawn with reasonable notice. Endurance is announced as coming soon and is not offered for sale yet; nothing in Sim Racing is paid today. Before it is offered, we will publish its price and payment terms here, and your statutory rights as a consumer — including any right of withdrawal for digital services — will apply.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to access another team’s data, probe or overload the service, share accounts outside your team, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that do.
The sims. iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Le Mans Ultimate are trademarks of their respective owners. Sim Racing is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. You remain responsible for complying with each sim’s own terms, including any limits on sharing its data with people outside your account.
Strategy figures are indicative. Fuel, stint and rotation plans are projections from the data the sim provides; the crew makes the call. We do not guarantee results or availability, and there is no service level on the free plan.
Your account. Under Account in the dashboard you can download your data, change your password and delete your account at any time. For a forgotten password or anything else, email sales@mrsoftware.eu.
Contact point and reporting content
Under the EU Digital Services Act, our single point of contact for users and for authorities is sales@mrsoftware.eu, in English or Dutch. To report content in one of our services that you believe is illegal, email us with where it is, why you believe it is illegal, and your name and email (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material). We review reports without undue delay, tell you what we decided and why, and may remove content or suspend accounts that break the law or these terms. Anyone affected by such a decision can ask us to review it at the same address.
Liability
Information and services are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, MRS's liability for browsing this site and for free services is limited to direct damages and capped at €100. That limit never applies to intent, fraud or gross negligence, or to death or personal injury, and it does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer. Paid services and customer contracts carry their own liability terms.
Law
Belgian law — Antwerp courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rules.
