Merch terms

MRS markets branded merch at /shop. Fulfilment is print-on-demand via an EU partner (Gelato preferred for Belgium-local production; Spreadshop as a free storefront option).

Seller of record

The print partner is merchant of record. Checkout, payment, VAT display, shipping, and returns follow the partner’s terms linked at purchase. MRS supplies brand designs and the marketing page — MRS does not take card payments for merch in this setup.

Shipping to Belgium

Partners print as locally as possible. Typical EU apparel delivery often lands within a few business days after production — confirm the live estimate at checkout.

Withdrawal / returns

Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales; custom-printed items may be exempt where the law allows. Use the partner’s return flow from your order email, or contact sales@mrsoftware.eu and we will help route the issue.

IP

MRS designs remain MRS IP. Do not commercially reproduce prints.
