Merch terms

MRS designs and markets branded merch at /shop. To keep the set-up simple and honest about who does what:

• MRS shows the designs and links you to checkout. MRS is not the seller — the marketing site does not take card details or store your delivery address.
• Gelato ( gelato.com , Norway) is the print-on-demand fulfilment partner and merchant of record at checkout. Payment, VAT calculation and display, shipping and returns follow Gelato's terms, shown at purchase.

This is what the industry calls the "Path A / storefront redirect" model. If MRS later moves the shop onto its own Shopify storefront (Phase B, when volume justifies integrated revenue tracking), these terms will be updated first — you will always see the current merchant of record at checkout.

Ordering and payment

You place your order and pay on Gelato. Your card details and delivery address are processed by Gelato under Gelato's terms and privacy policy. MRS itself does not receive your card or full postal address.

Shipping and delivery

Gelato prints as locally as possible across its EU hub network to minimise shipping time and emissions. Typical apparel delivery lands within a few business days after production; the live estimate at checkout is the authoritative one.

Withdrawal and returns (EU consumers)

As a consumer buying at distance, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Our standard MRS designs printed on demand are not personalised, so that right applies to them. Only an item made to your own specification (for example with a name or number you chose) is excluded, as EU law allows.

Intellectual property

MRS designs — logos, marks, artwork — remain the property of MRS. Buying an item does not transfer any rights to reproduce or resell the print. Personal use is fine; commercial reproduction is not.

What we do with your data for merch

MRS itself only sees aggregate / anonymised order counts from Gelato for accounting. If you email sales@mrsoftware.eu about an order, we process the content of your email to help. Gelato is the controller of the checkout data it collects from you. Full detail lives in the privacy policy.
