What we collect

Contact emails and form messages (to reply), hosting logs (security), and account data if you use suite/demo logins. Merch checkout data is handled by the print partner at purchase (they are typically the merchant of record).

Legal bases

Pre-contract sales replies, site security (legitimate interests), contract performance when you become a customer, consent for optional marketing if we ask, and legal accounting duties. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your enquiry content to train general AI models.

Processors

Hosting (e.g. Railway, EU regions where configured), email/files (Infomaniak), invoicing (Accountable). Ask sales@mrsoftware.eu for the current list.

Transfers

Prefer EEA hosting. Transfers outside the EEA only with an adequate mechanism (e.g. adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

Enquiries typically up to 24 months unless a customer relationship continues. Invoices kept as required by Belgian law.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA). Email sales@mrsoftware.eu.

Cookies (Belgium)

Essential security/session cookies may be used where permitted. Non-essential analytics or marketing scripts require prior consent with equal Accept / Reject on the first layer — no cookie walls or dark patterns. Until a compliant banner exists, this site does not load Google Analytics or similar trackers. Prefer server logs and Search Console only.
